Treatments include Back, Neck & Shoulders, Full body, Swedish Body Massage for overall relaxation, Indian Head Massage for relieving tension, and sports and deep tissue massage to aid recovery from injuries or maintain peak performance.
A bespoke pregnancy massage is also available, tailored to the needs of expectant mothers.

Esther is a fully qualified Level 3 Reflexologist bringing bespoke reflexology treatments to Picketts Barton Spa.
Why not treat yourself to a whole-body relaxation experience to awaken your senses and soothe and balance your nervous system, whilst laying in the tranquillity and comfort of your spa retreat.
Reflexology stimulates your body's own healing process through gentle, therapeutic pressure on reflex points on your feet. It is a natural and gentle holistic therapy that helps restore physical, mental and emotional wellbeing.
